The concert is broadcast live on NBC10 from the historic Met Philadelphia on the Independence Blue Cross Stage.

Cynthia Erivo

Cynthia Erivo is a Tony®, Emmy® and Grammy® Award-winning actress, as well as Academy Award®, Golden Globe®, and SAG nominee. The Met Philadelphia

The Wawa Welcome America July 4th Concert will be broadcast live from The Met Philadelphia. Due to COVID-19, the concert will be recorded without an audience.

Originally built in 1908 by opera impresario Oscar Hammerstein, The Met completed a massive $56 million restoration in 2018. The Met combines spectacular live entertainment with remarkable food and drink options to create an unparalleled guest experience. The venue’s transformation is the crown jewel of North Broad Street’s renaissance.
